From his educational background in Urban Planning and 6 years as a Commercial Associate with CB Richard Ellis to expanding into the residential side of the industry in 2009, Cory brings a wealth of experience, a great deal of passion, and a sincere commitment to making sure Calgary homebuyers and sellers are happy with the decisions they make.
Cory’s role within the L&K Group is to provide a 30,000 foot view of the brand, analysing the strengths and challenges we face as we strive to offer long-term value to our current and future clients. Cory is the team lead in developing our innovative business model, securing new company partnerships, and building a team with an uncompromising focus, skill, attitude and service offerings never seen before in traditional real estate brokerage service.

Beginning his real estate career in 2000, Nathen carefully studied top Calgary real estate agents, discovering the ins and outs of the trade. Along the way, he learned an important lesson – that if you can keep up with changes in the market and technology, homes will sell themselves.
As the primary client liason, Nathen’s role within the team is to work closely with clients in order to efficiently and effectively help them reach their long and short-term goals. Focusing on the teams’ systematic approach, Nathen believes that success is a result of adding value through a full-service real estate offering, getting to know clients needs and thinking outside the box when it comes to marketing every property he represents.

Meraki has been the marketing arm for the L&K group since 2014, handling all aspects of marketing from community engagement to bus tour events and plays a role in innovating the way we market our houses.
They have been a key role in helping us develop a hyper-targeted solution for sellers to amass thousands of eyeballs to each house we represent and are working closely with us to innovate how real estate is marketed in Calgary.
